Hello there. My name is Darshan Ahmad and welcome to my blog.

I have seen that when we grow up and step into the practical field, we encounter the bitter reality that the world around us doesn’t fulfill our expectations. Many problems arise in our day to day lives that demand our utmost and immediate attention and will not go away until they are solved.

While we struggle in our life to achieve our goals, especially the financial ones, health is the aspect most neglected. Anxiety, depression, obesity, blood pressure, and fatigue are some of the things that we tag along as we move ahead to achieve our goals.

Perhaps one of the hardest things in life is coping with illness and pain. In some ways, it can be even harder when we have to look after a loved one who is ill, than with our own illness.

Physical health and fitness nowadays require a change in lifestyle more than any exercise, diet change, supplement or medication. Many common illnesses can be avoided altogether by making some small changes in our day to day routines. I’ve created this blog with an intention to enlist some simple and easy to follow suggestion to maintain and enjoy good health. After all living well is…..still the best revenge!
